Making Red Sauerkraut -

 

 

I have been meaning to run a fermenting course (for beginners by an amateur) for ages, but general busyness and challenges, such as the one where I couldn't buy decent storage jars etc for participants for 6 months, kept getting in the way.  Now current social distancing has made this slide again to the right.  I'm going to be required to do online lessons for my students so making this video (click the button) seemed like the perfect practicing point!
